Pump Plate for Dual Delivery Ready to Use ProTool

Description: The Dual Pump Plate System is engineered for high-performance spraying, utilizing two 12V, 90 PSI pumps that combine to deliver a powerful flow rate of up to 10 GPM.

Each pump offers a 5.3 GPM open flow rate, ensuring sufficient flow and pressure even if one pump fails. This system is perfect for large surface cleaning tasks, providing over 5.3 GPM through 200 feet of 1/2" hose.

Key Features:

Consistent Flow: The bypass-style design maintains a steady water flow at a maximum pressure of 90 PSI, ensuring efficient and effective cleaning.

Durable Motor: Each pump is powered by a 12V permanent magnet motor, known for its efficiency and reliability. This design guarantees consistent performance and longevity.

Thermal Protection: Equipped with thermal protection, the system prevents overheating, ensuring safe and continuous operation in various environments.

Dry Run Capability: The pumps can operate reliably even when running without fluid, providing flexibility for diverse applications.

Controller and Accessories:

Spring V16HC Controller: Manages pump operation to enhance performance and longevity. By regulating pump speed and reducing mechanical wear, the controller significantly extends the operational lifespan of the pumps. It also enhances energy efficiency by providing precise control over pump flow, which reduces power consumption and operational costs. Moreover, the controller is easy to set up, ensuring hassle-free operation.

Components:

  • Pump Mounting Plate: Ensures a secure and organized setup for the dual pumps.
  • 4 Gauge Battery Cables: Includes 5ft red and 5ft black cables with lugs for easy attachment to marine-style terminals.
  • 5.3 GPM at 90 PSI Bypass Pumps (2 qty): Provides the core pumping capability with reliable performance.
  • Spring V16HC Controller: Manages the flow of the two pumps effectively.
  • 40 Amp Breaker Switch: Ensures safety and prevents electrical overloads.
  • TDS Meter: Inline style with bracket, T-fitting, and probe for monitoring water quality.

Specifications:

  • Plate Width: 21 in.
  • Plate Height: 12 in.
  • Current Draw:   Max. 360 Watts DC 12v (30 amps)
  • Max Water Temperature: 104°F (40°C)

Usage Instructions:

  1. Connect the pump system to the desired water supply.
  2. Position the unit and ensure all connections are secure.
  3. Open the water valve and turn on the breaker switch and then the Pump Controller to initiate pump operation.
  4. Begin your cleaning or spraying task.
  5. After use, turn off the system.

Additional Recommendations:

The Dual Pump Plate System is a reliable and efficient solution for all your spraying and large surface cleaning needs, providing consistent performance and ease of use.

Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.  These chemicals can be in the products that Californians purchase, in their homes or workplaces, or that are released into the environment. By requiring that this information be provided, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals. Proposition 65 also prohibits California businesses from knowingly discharging significant amounts of listed chemicals into sources of drinking water. Proposition 65 requires California to publish a list of chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. This list, which must be updated at least once a year, has grown to include approximately 900 chemicals since it was first published in 1987. Proposition 65 became law in November 1986, when California voters approved it by a 63-37 percent margin.  The official name of Proposition 65 is the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986.

The list of chemicals contains a wide range of naturally occurring and synthetic chemicals that include additives or ingredients in pesticides, common household products, food, drugs, dyes, or solvents. Listed chemicals may also be used in manufacturing and construction, or they may be byproducts of chemical processes, such as motor vehicle exhaust.  For more information visit www.p65warnings.ca.gov/
