The Supply Giant bushing is a brass pipe fitting with a hexagonal head and 3/4 Inch male National Piper Taper (NPT) threads on one end and 3/8 Inch female NPT threads on the other for connecting different types of pipe. It has NPT threading for creating tighter seals than straight threads and is made from brass with a class 125, which is more economical and offers greater corrosion resistance than steel. It has a hexagonal head for leverage and use with a wrench. Bushings are pipe fittings used to connect pipes of two different sizes.
