Soft Wash Metering Valve Mixing Manifold Block:

This is a fully assembled ready to install in your Softwash Sprayer system and is used in your to perform the chemical blending for Softwashing as a DIY installation, Use with your existing pumps, P36 or P40 Comet Pumps or the AR45 Series to add precision mixing to your system.
The Stainless Steel barbs offer up to 50% more flow that Poly barbs in the same hose sizes, this allows the ProTool Manifold to easily handle flows to 13 gallons per minute. The Output Barb can be swapped out for an available 1In barb to allow easy attachment to P40, AR and AIR operated pumps.

Mixing Setup - Metering Initial Setup
There is no exact science to where the valves are going to be set for your spraying needs. This will get you close to start and you will need to tune to your needs. The goal is to use as little sH and Surfactant as possible and still get a fast complete and well spread out spray that sticks to the surface from the wand.
