Dual User Pressure Washing & Soft Washing Truck Skid
The Dual User Pressure Washing & Soft Washing Truck Skid combines two independent commercial pressure washers, a gas-powered soft wash system, 300 gallons of onboard water, and electric hose reels on one organized 8FT truck skid.
The primary pressure washer delivers 8.5 GPM at 4,000 PSI from a Honda GX690, while a second Honda GX390 pressure washer delivers 5 GPM at 3,000 PSI. Both systems can operate independently, allowing two technicians to pressure wash at the same time.
A dedicated 7 GPM Comet BPX25 soft wash system adds professional chemical application and building washing capability without sharing equipment with either pressure washer.
It's a straightforward, high-capacity commercial cleaning skid built to put equipment—and crews—to work.
Dual Pressure Washing Systems
The skid features two completely independent pressure washers.

The dual pressure washer configuration allows two operators to work simultaneously without splitting the output of a single machine.
For example, one operator can handle high-production concrete or surface cleaning with the 8.5 GPM system while the second handles building washing or other pressure washing with the 5 GPM machine.
7 GPM Gas Soft Wash System
A dedicated Comet BPX25 gas-powered soft wash system provides approximately 7 GPM at up to 220 PSI.
The system includes electric start and our set-and-forget pressure regulator, preset around 200 PSI. The regulator automatically bypasses excess flow to maintain the established maximum pressure as flow demand changes.
The soft wash system is completely independent from both pressure washers and is designed for building washing, roof cleaning, chemical application, and other professional soft washing applications.
3/4" Clear Chemical Metering Manifold
The BPX25 is paired with a 3/4" clear soft wash metering manifold for controlling:

A manual rinse selector valve switches the system from the SH supply to clean water for rinsing and flushing.
No remote system is used on this build. Controls are intentionally kept simple and accessible directly from the skid.
300 Gallons of Onboard Water
Three 100-gallon water tanks provide 300 gallons of total onboard water capacity.
Each tank has its own float valve and fills automatically from the main water inlet system.
The large buffer capacity is especially useful when both pressure washers are operating, providing stored water to supplement the available incoming water supply.
High-Flow Water Input & Filtration
A dedicated electric input reel carries 150 FT of 3/4" water supply hose.
With adequate source water, the inlet system can flow approximately 9–10 GPM into the skid.
Before reaching the tanks, incoming water passes through onboard micron and sediment filtration to help prevent debris from entering the water storage and pressure washing systems.
Each of the three water tanks uses an independent float valve to automatically stop filling when full.

The soft wash system also includes an adjustable wash gun that can be configured for different spray patterns and longer-distance chemical application.
17-Gallon Fuel Tank
A dedicated 17-gallon gasoline tank supplies the primary Honda GX690 pressure washing system.
The increased fuel capacity is designed for extended commercial operation and reduces the need to stop and refill a small engine-mounted fuel tank throughout the workday.

Protected Electrical System
The skid uses dedicated circuit protection for its major electrical loads.
Separate breakers protect the electric hose reels and engine electric-start circuits, with electrical components organized in an accessible enclosure for service and troubleshooting.
An onboard NOCO battery charger is wired directly to the battery, allowing the skid to be plugged into shore power to maintain and recharge the battery when parked.
Integrated Water Tank Drain
A dedicated drain line allows the three water tanks to be emptied when necessary.
This gives operators the option to drain unused water before driving rather than carrying hundreds of pounds of unnecessary water weight between jobs.
