Built on a 7-foot wide by 16-foot long fully enclosed trailer, this system combines massive onboard capacity, advanced remote control, and ProTool-exclusive design features into a single, mobile command center.

Command Port – Exterior Control Without Entering the Trailer

A defining feature of the ProTool Enclosed Drone Trailer is the custom Command Port—a pop-out access window integrated directly into the trailer wall.

The Command Port provides direct access to:

• Hose reels

• Metering manifold

• Remote controls

• System indicator lights

This allows operators to manage soap application, rinsing, and system functions from outside the trailer on the curbside, keeping workflows fast, organized, and protected from weather while maintaining full operational visibility.

• 7-gallon surfactant tank

This configuration supports high-volume soap application, rinse recovery, and long job cycles without frequent refilling.

Dual HydroPanel 4.5 RODI Systems + DI Tank

Up to 9gpm of Pure water production is handled by:

• Two ProTool HydroPanel 4.5 RODI systems

• Dedicated DI tank

This setup delivers extremely high pure-water output, up to 9 gpm, while dramatically reducing DI resin consumption. By producing RO water before DI polishing, the system minimizes resin use and operating costs—making it ideal for high-frequency, large-scale cleaning operations.

Full Remote Control with Skid Nexus Pro

The trailer is equipped with Skid Nexus Pro, providing long-range, multi-function remote control over all major system operations.

Remote capabilities include:

• Engine start / stop for both engines

• Remote Dirty (raw) water to Pure Water Switch for pressure washer

• Remote rinse (bleach on/off)

• Remote surfactant on/off

• Remote pure water delivery for WFP

• System status and indicator lights

A ProTool remote controller for water-fed pole (WFP) operation is also included, along with WFP holders, allowing seamless operation when traditional pole work is required.
