The ProTool Drone Skid is the industry’s most advanced drone-powered cleaning skid, engineered for high-volume soap application and pure-water rinsing using a large commercial cleaning drone. Designed for serious exterior cleaning professionals, this top-of-the-line skid combines a belt-drive pressure washer, a P40 soft wash pump, and a high-output ProTool HydroPanel 4.5 RODI system—delivering unmatched capability, efficiency, and control from the ground to the sky.

At the heart of the system is the HydroPanel 4.5, ProTool’s highest-output RODI unit, capable of producing purified water at extremely high rates and filling your holding tanks faster than any standard system. The HydroPanel doesn’t just increase production—it massively lowers the cost of pure-water cleaning. DI-only setups can burn through 2–4 DI tanks every week, often costing contractors $500–$1,000 weekly in resin exchanges. By running RO water through the DI stage first, the HydroPanel reduces DI usage to almost nothing—typically one DI tank every three months. That brings operating costs down to roughly $20 a week, saving thousands of dollars every month for high-volume cleaning operations. The more you clean, the more the HydroPanel pays for itself and your skid.

For chemical application, the integrated ProTool P40 soft wash pump delivers smooth, controlled flow directly to the drone for applying detergents or cleaning solutions across large building surfaces, metal panels, or windows. The P40 provides the pressure and volume needed for uniform soap coverage—even at high elevations or long horizontal distances.

For rinsing, the system’s belt-drive pressure washer (available in 4 GPM, 5.5 GPM, or 8 GPM) powers the drone’s rinse mode using pure RODI water from the triple-tank setup. Combined with high flow and pure water, this delivers spotless, streak-free results on glass, solar arrays, and building exteriors without the need for lifts or ladders.

The Drone Skid is built around a large-format chassis with three 100-gallon water tanks, a 50-gallon and 7-gallon chemical tank, and an external large DI tank for extended DI life and continuous runtime. Whether you’re performing window cleaning, building washing, solar panel cleaning, or high-reach exterior maintenance, this system provides constant flow, massive capacity, and all-day production capability.

A fully integrated remote control system lets operators control every major function—including rinse, soap on/off, engine start/stop, and visual status indicators—directly from the ground or flight area. This gives drone pilots total command of soap and pure-water delivery without returning to the skid, improving efficiency and reducing labor.
