Description

Low Density Polyethylene chemical resistance plastic tubing used for cold and intermittent hot water applications.

LLDPE tubing 1/2in (12.70mm) - 3/8in (9.52mm)

LLDPE tubing is produced from an advanced grade of low density polyethylene.

Its greatest advantage is superior environmental stress cracking resistance, greatly exceeding that of ordinary polyethylene tubing as measured by ASTM D-1693 (IGEPAL) tests.

Environmental stresses shorten the service life of tubing and include chemical exposure, aging connections with barb-type fittings, or high vibration loads with connections to compression fittings.

LLDPE tubing is compliant to ANSI / NSF-51, 61, WRAS and FDA requirements for food contact applications.

LLDPE tubing is available in multiple colors to allow coding and offers the user :

- Dimensional stability.

- Uniformity and long-term strength.

- Higher burst pressure 170 PSI, rated at room temperature.

- Wide Temperature Range: 20°C (-4°F) to 65°C (150°F)

- Excelent tensile strength.

- Wide range of available colors.

- Suitable for use with PushFit connctors from most manufacturers.
