The ProTool Van Drone Skid Curbside is the most advanced drone cleaning and building wash skid we offer—engineered for professionals who want total control, maximum efficiency, and zero compromises. At the core of the system is ProTool Skid Nexus Pro S, our most advanced remote control platform. With Skid Nexus Pro S, you have full remote command of your entire rig—including engine start/stop for both engines, pure water vs raw water selection, bleach and rinse control, soap on/off, and system status indicators. Every critical function is controlled remotely, allowing operators to switch modes instantly without returning to the van.

Powering the skid is a high-output ProTool HydroPanel 4.5 RODI system, producing over 4.5 GPM of continuous RO water. This dramatically reduces DI resin consumption—often by more than 90%—saving thousands of dollars per year while delivering spot-free results for drone window and solar cleaning. This is pure water production built for real-world, high-flow drone applications.

For pressure and chemical delivery, the system is equipped with:

• 8 GPM / 3500 PSI pressure washer driven by an electric-start Honda GX690, ideal for high-coverage rinsing and drone-driven rotary brush applications

• Electric-start Honda GX200 paired with a ProTool P40 soft wash pump, delivering powerful, consistent chemical flow for building washing, façade cleaning, and organic growth removal

The layout includes four electric aluminum hose reels—two rear-facing and two curbside-mounted—providing clean, efficient hose deployment for drones, water-fed poles, or ground cleaning tools.

A dedicated water-fed pole delivery line with adjustable flow control is integrated into the system, allowing seamless transition between drone cleaning and traditional pure-water window cleaning without reconfiguring the skid. This is ideal for cleaning windows where the drone can't fly. No need to bring additional trucks or vans. 

Water storage is fully customizable, typically including 100–200 gallons of pure water, along with dedicated raw water, bleach, and soap tanks. All plumbing is built with corrosion-resistant fittings, stainless manifolds, and professional-grade valves to ensure reliability under continuous commercial use.
