Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time (After Order is Placed)
Delivery time includes both processing time and carrier transit time.
United States – Lower 48 States
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days
- Standard Ground Transit Time: 2–5 business days
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after order placement
Alaska & Hawaii
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days
- Transit Time: 3–7 business days
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–9 business days after order placement

Shipping Costs
Free Shipping – Lower 48 States
Orders over $49 shipping to the lower 48 U.S. states qualify for free ground shipping.
All 50 States
Shipping costs for all states (including Alaska and Hawaii) are calculated based on:
- Package weight
- Package dimensions
- Delivery speed selected
- Shipping destination
Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Canada
Shipping to Canada is quoted by a sales representative prior to shipment.
Freight & Oversized Shipments
- Most standard skids include shipping to the lower 48 states in the web price.
- Custom skids and skids exceeding 40 x 48 inches require a freight quote.
- Freight charges will be provided when your custom quote is prepared.
Product Restrictions
Some products may have shipping restrictions and may not be eligible for international shipment. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified before the order is finalized.
Weight-Based Shipping
Shipping rates for many items are based on weight and delivery speed. In accordance with carrier policies, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We will pay return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
Items must be unused and in original packaging unless otherwise approved.
Refund Timing
You can expect your refund within approximately 2–4 weeks after giving your package to the return shipper. This includes:
- 5–10 business days for us to receive your return
- 3–5 business days to process your return
- 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund
In many cases, refunds are processed more quickly.
