Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship to addresses throughout the United States and to many international destinations. Shipping availability, cost, and delivery time depend on the products ordered and the destination.
Order Processing and Same-Day Shipping
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped the same business day—often within just a few hours. We do not have a guaranteed same-day shipping cutoff time, but the majority of eligible orders leave our warehouse on the day they are placed.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Orders may take longer when:
- An item requires inventory verification
- There is a billing or payment issue
- The order contains a special-order or backordered product
- Additional customer information is required
- The order requires freight arrangements or special handling
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a second email containing tracking information once your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time includes both order processing and carrier transit time. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Lower 48 States
Most eligible orders ship the same business day. With inventory shipping from both our East and West Coast locations, many orders arrive within two business days. This is based on our shipping data from the previous year and is not a guaranteed delivery timeframe.
Standard ground transit generally takes approximately 2–5 business days after shipment.
Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping time varies based on the products ordered, destination, and selected shipping method. Available options and estimated costs are displayed during checkout whenever possible.
Canada
Canadian orders may be quoted by a sales representative or through the website’s quoting process. Estimated shipping costs and delivery times will be provided when the quote is prepared.
International Destinations
International availability and delivery times vary by destination, product, and shipping method. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times may be provided by a sales representative or through the website’s quoting process.
Customs processing, duties, taxes, and import requirements may affect the final cost and delivery time.
Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery dates may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, incorrect address information, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on factors including:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Selected delivery speed
- Freight or special-handling requirements

Free Shipping Within the Lower 48 States
Qualifying orders over $49 shipping to the lower 48 U.S. states receive free standard ground shipping.
Free shipping does not apply to ProTool skids, trailers, flatbeds, custom builds, or certain oversized and freight products. Some large or palletized products may still qualify for free shipping, including select HydroPanels.
Free-shipping eligibility is determined by the specific product and order. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout or confirmed before the order is finalized.
Alaska and Hawaii
Free shipping is limited to qualifying orders delivered within the lower 48 states. Shipping charges for Alaska and Hawaii are calculated based on the shipment’s weight, dimensions, destination, and selected delivery speed.
Freight and Oversized Shipments
ProTool skids, trailers, flatbeds, and custom builds do not qualify for free shipping and require a freight quote.
Certain oversized or palletized products may also require freight shipping and additional charges. However, palletized products are not automatically excluded from free shipping. Some qualifying products, such as select HydroPanels, may still ship free.
Any applicable freight or oversized-shipping charges will be confirmed before the order is finalized.
Product Restrictions
Certain products may have destination or carrier restrictions and may not be eligible for shipment to every state or country. If we cannot ship an item to your location, we will notify you before the order is finalized.
Weight-Based Shipping
Shipping rates for many products are based on shipment weight and delivery speed. In accordance with carrier policies, shipment weights may be rounded up to the next full pound.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing available tracking information. Tracking activity may take time to appear after the carrier receives the shipment.
Returns and Refunds
Return Policy
Most new, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging unless otherwise approved. Some products may be subject to return restrictions or other conditions.
If a return is necessary because we sent an incorrect or defective product, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.
Refund Timing
Refunds are generally completed within approximately 2–4 weeks after the return package is provided to the carrier. This timeframe may include:
- 5–10 business days for the return to reach us
- 3–5 business days to inspect and process the return
- 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund
Many refunds are completed sooner.
