A unique solvent-based, V.O.C. compliant impregnator sealer which penetrates grout, stone and masonry surfaces to protect against water and oil staining while allowing substrate to properly breath. Non-yellowing and long lasting. Will not change surface appearance.

HYBRID CARRIER TECHNOLOGY

An all-purpose solvent-based impregnating sealer for use on MARBLE, GRANITE,

TRAVERTINE, LIMESTONE & GROUT.

Pro Sealer provides excellent protection against waterborne and oil-based stains.

Pro Sealer falls well below the VOC limits of every district, city, county, state and country. With this unique solvent technology and provides the same penetration and protection of those with excessive levels of VOCs without the smell, hazard or liability and it is available in quantities that match the size of any job..

Application Instructions:

1) Make sure surface is clean, dry, free of debris, waxes and/or coatings.

2) Liberally apply an even coat to the surface. Sealer should be spread evenly over surface to ensure proper

penetration.

3) Allow sealer to penetrate the surface for 3-5 minutes. Surface should remain wet for a minimum of 3 minutes.

4) After 3 minutes, examine the surface and reapply where surface no longer appears wet on the surface.

5) After 5 minutes, wipe the surface dry and remove all excess sealer residue using a dry microfiber cloth. 6) Surface is suitable for use after 20 minutes.
