A unique solvent-based, V.O.C. compliant impregnator sealer, which penetrates grout, stone and masonry surfaces to protect against water and oil staining while allowing substrate to properly breath. Non-yellowing, long-lasting formula. Will not change surface appearance. Specifically designed to bond with quartz and silica materials inherent to granite and grout. 

Application Instructions:

1) Make sure surface is clean, dry, free of debris, waxes and/or coatings.

2) Liberally apply an even coat to the surface. Sealer should be spread evenly over surface to ensure proper penetration.

3) Allow sealer to penetrate the surface for 3-5 minutes. Surface should remain wet for a minimum of 3 minutes.

4) After 3 minutes, examine the surface and reapply where surface no longer appears wet on the surface.

5) After 5 minutes, wipe the surface dry and remove all excess sealer residue using a dry microfiber cloth.

6) Surface is suitable for use after 20 minutes. Achieves a full cure and repellency in 72 hours.
