Protects the pressure washer pump from heat build-up damage while it is in bypass mode

When the operator is not spraying and no water is being released  the unloader will bypass the pump water back into the pump, prolonged bypass mode heats the water and this thermal relief valve will open to dump the heated water allowing cooler water to be drawn into the pump
