Udor Turbo Gun Nozzle Tips

The Udor Turbo Spray Gun 8in is ideal for power sprayers, skid sprayers, and truck-mounted spray rigs, featuring an adjustable spray pattern from a straight stream to a cone mist. 

The gun comes standard with a 2.3mm tip, which restricts flow to 5 GPM at 600 PSI. This smaller tip can cause excessive pressure when trying to get  big flow from this turbo gun.

For better efficiency, larger tips, such as a 4mm equivalent to a 40 tip, can deliver the same 5 GPM flow at only 100 PSI, reducing system strain and allowing smoother operation with less pressure. Use the chart below to determine what flow and pressure id best for your equipment. 

Nozzle Tip Comparisons to traditional Softwashing tip sizes

• 2.3mm (15 Tip):   2 GPM at 100 psi and 4 GPM at 400 PSI (small, standard)
• 3.5 mm (30 Tip)     4.5 GPM at 100 psi and 6 GPM at 400 8.5 GPM at 400 PSI (Good for Contractor Grade Cleaning Mix Spraying) 
• 4  mm (40 Tip):      5 GPM at 100 psi  and  10 GPM at 400 PSI (recommended for better flow at low pressure)
• 4.5 mm (55 Tip) :  6.5 GPM at 100 PSI and 12.5 GPM at 400PSI (high-volume applications)

Using larger nozzle tips allows for better performance at lower pressures, ensuring longer-lasting equipment and more efficient spray coverage for Softwashing, tree, lawn, and other spraying applications.
