Self-Contained Warm Water Skid

This propane-powered system is designed to warm water directly inside your storage tank — improving RO system performance and increasing cleaning efficiency for water-fed pole applications.

The system continuously circulates water from the tank through a propane tankless heater and back into the tank until the desired temperature is reached.

Performance Overview

• Designed to maintain keep water at a specific temperature in its 100 gallon holding tank 
• Sends the warnmed water via the delivery pump to the intended destination
• Recommended maximum water temperature: 130°F
• Typical performance:
  • Water flowing in at 60°F input water can be raised to approximately 100°F at 3.0 GPM Flow Rate
  • Actual rise in temp and flow will vary based upon input water temp and water consumption from the tank
  • Larger and Smaller systems can be designe to accommodate a wide variery of flow rates and temperature needs.

• Ideal for maintaining tank temperatures between 75–85°F for water purification and cleaning needs

For best results, set the propane heater to your desired maximum (typically 130–140°F), and allow the recirculation system to automatically maintain tank temperature of 80 degrees.

How It Works

The system uses a thermocouple-controlled power strip to manage the recirculation pump:

• When tank temperature drops below your set point (example: 80°F), the pump activates.
• When the target temperature is reached, the pump shuts off.
• This maintains consistent warm water automatically.

Water flow process:

1. Tank fills via float valve from a water source.
2. Recirculation pump sends water through the propane heater.
3. Heated water returns to the tank until target temperature is reached.
4. A dedicated delivery pump supplies warm water to your RO system or cleaning equipment.
