Ed, who has owned a Maryland-based janitorial business for over 30 years, wanted to find a way to differentiate his commercial cleaning company, so he decided to attend one of our two-day exterior cleaning classes last January. “Every part of the training was helpful – from learning the technical how-tos, to pricing, to marketing, as well as just having the confidence to go out and ask for this work,” he explained.

Putting his newfound knowledge into practice, Ed purchased the ProTool Clever Softwash Sprayer and 50-gallon Smartwash System and began putting out bids, landing his first exterior commercial job a few weeks later. That commercial project paid over $2000 for less than seven hours work. “I’ll take that all day long!” Plus, his client was thrilled with the results. “The before and after was like night and day. They couldn’t believe how good the building looked!”

Ed has since taken on more exterior commercial projects. During our recent interview, he read his newest client’s emailed response to me: “Ed, at first glance, we are extremely happy… . The building looks brand new.”

Finally, in a recent email to J. Racenstein's Doug Apt, Ed concluded, “Thank you for your insights and continued support!”
