How to Return an Item

Reference your Sales Order (SO) or Invoice (SI) number, or include a copy of your packing list or invoice with the returned product. Items and original packaging must be in new, unused condition.

Refund Options

• Store credit: up to 100% of the purchase price — no restocking fee.
• Direct refund: subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Special Order and Drop Ship Items

Custom-configured orders and drop-shipped items carry a 15% restocking fee regardless of refund method.

Non-Returnable Items

Perishable and wear items — squeegee rubber, washer sleeves, mops, and sponges — may be non-refundable if opened or not in as-new condition. Inspect these items promptly on arrival.
