Step-by-Step Application Instructions
C Concrete: Rust, Orange Battery & Fertilizer Stains
- 1 Pre-Cleaning: Power wash using a commercial-grade pressure washer, degreaser, and surface cleaner. An alkaline cleaner may be used. Rinse thoroughly. This opens pores for deeper F9 BARC penetration.
- 2 Let concrete dry completely after pre-cleaning.
- 3 1:2 Dilution (1 part water : 2 parts F9 BARC) → Apply via pump-up sprayer liberally & evenly across entire pad. Use circular overlapping motion. Never spot-spray first. Apply from control joint to control joint. Use 60–70 psi. Extra on heavy stains. Let foam white.
- 4 Let dry completely. Stains vanish as concrete dries.
- 5 Spots remain? Repeat #3. Go heavy first, light second. Mist-spray acceptable on re-application.
- 6 Let dry again. Final stain removal occurs during drying.
- 7 Reactivate salts: Wet surface → lightly broom → light rinse with pressure washer (no surface cleaner). Dry fully & evaluate.
