This kit provides all the critical components and plumbing hardware needed to assemble a professional gas soft wash system, while still allowing full flexibility to configure the layout to match your rig.

What This Kit Is (and Isn’t)

This is a DIY-friendly starter kit, not a fully pre-plumbed skid. The major components—engine, pump, metering manifold, and rinse control—are included and fully assembled, while all hoses, barbs, fittings, and hose clamps are supplied loose so you can plumb the system exactly how you want.

Just add your tanks, mount the components, connect the plumbing, and you’re ready to spray.

Tanks not included — many users reuse existing tanks or prefer to size tanks specifically for their setup.

Remote Rinse Control with Skid Nexus Rinse

This kit includes Skid Nexus Rinse, a remote-controlled rinse option designed specifically for soft wash metering manifolds.

With the push of a button, Skid Nexus Rinse allows you to:

• Shut off bleach (SH) flow

• Switch to water only

• Rinse the manifold block, internal passages, and check valves while you rinse the house/roof/building

• Remotely turn off surfactant

This makes it easy to transition from chemical application to clean-water rinse without walking back to the rig—improving efficiency, safety, and system longevity.

• Engine start/stop is manual on this kit
