The ProTool Hot Water Pressure Washing & Soft Washing Truck Skid is a fully integrated commercial cleaning system built around serious hot water pressure washing power.
Mounted on an 8FT skid platform, this system combines an 8.5 GPM, 4,000 PSI Honda GX690 pressure washer, commercial hot water burner, gas-powered Comet BPX25 soft wash system, and HydroPanel 3.0 RODI pure water system into one high-capacity commercial cleaning rig.
This is more than a hot water pressure washer. It is a complete pressure washing and soft washing truck skid built for contractors who need to handle concrete, grease, commercial buildings, exterior surfaces, soft washing, and water fed pole window cleaning from one truck.
Add full remote controls, electric hose reels, oversized fuel capacity, onboard battery charging, 360° work lighting, and commercial electrical protection, and you've got a skid designed for long days and demanding commercial cleaning work.
8.5 GPM Hot Water Pressure Washing System
Hot water pressure washing is the centerpiece of this skid.
The system is powered by a Honda GX690 engine producing 8.5 GPM at up to 4,000 PSI and feeding through a dedicated commercial hot water burner.
The combination of high water flow, pressure, and heat gives commercial pressure washing contractors the cleaning power needed to attack difficult surfaces and contaminants where cold water pressure washing may not be enough.

The pressure washing system includes 200 FT of 3/8" hot-water-rated high-pressure hose, allowing crews to work away from the truck while maintaining full hot water cleaning capability.
Commercial Hot Water Burner
The onboard hot water burner transforms the skid from a high-flow pressure washing system into a true commercial hot water pressure washing rig.
Temperature controls and the burner on/off switch are positioned for convenient access, allowing operators to control the hot water system without digging into the skid.
A dedicated 15-gallon diesel tank replaces the smaller standard burner tank, providing increased fuel capacity for long commercial cleaning jobs.
This is especially valuable for contractors regularly cleaning grease, oils, food residue, heavily soiled concrete, equipment, and other surfaces where heat can dramatically improve cleaning performance.
Downstream Degreaser System
The hot water pressure washing system is paired with dedicated downstream chemical capability.
An onboard degreaser tank allows operators to downstream cleaning chemicals before attacking heavily contaminated surfaces with hot water.
For greasy concrete, dumpster pads, restaurants, commercial facilities, and industrial cleaning, the combination of chemical + hot water + 8.5 GPM pressure washing gives contractors a powerful cleaning process from one truck skid.
Remote downstream control allows the operator to turn chemical application on or off without walking back to the truck.
19-Gallon Gasoline Tank
High-flow commercial pressure washing requires fuel capacity to match.
Instead of relying on a small engine-mounted fuel tank, this skid includes a dedicated 19-gallon gasoline tank for the gas-powered equipment.
The large tank is designed to reduce interruptions during long workdays and can conveniently be filled while fueling the truck.
Combined with the 15-gallon diesel burner tank, the skid is built to spend more time cleaning and less time stopping for fuel.
Gas-Powered BPX25 Soft Washing System
Hot water pressure washing is only part of what this skid can do.
A dedicated Comet BPX25 gas soft wash system gives contractors approximately 7 GPM at up to 220 PSI for professional soft washing, building washing, roof cleaning, chemical application, and exterior cleaning.
The gas-powered soft wash system features electric start and is integrated directly into the skid's remote control system.
3/4" Clear Soft Wash Metering Manifold
The BPX25 feeds through our 3/4" clear soft wash metering manifold, providing control over:

The BPX25 soft wash system also features our set-and-forget pressure regulator.
Once the maximum pressure is set, the system prevents pressure from exceeding that setting as the operator changes guns, tips, hose lengths, or cleaning configurations.
Switch to a shooter tip. Change your gun. Add hose. Change your cleaning setup.
The system maintains the pressure limit you've established without requiring constant regulator adjustments.
Full Remote Soft Washing Controls
The soft wash system includes remote control over its major functions.
From the work area, operators can remotely:

The HydroPanel 3.0 produces approximately 3 GPM of pure RODI water, providing enough capacity to support multiple water fed pole operators depending on the application and available incoming water.
This allows the same truck to perform:

300 FT Water Fed Pole Delivery
The HydroPanel 3.0 feeds a dedicated water fed pole delivery system with 300 FT of 3/8" water delivery hose.
With approximately 3 GPM available, the system can be split when appropriate to support two or potentially three water fed pole operators.
A three-way inlet valve controls whether incoming water is directed toward the skid's tank system or the HydroPanel, making it easy to transition between pressure washing, soft washing, and pure water window cleaning.
