This cart comes with large Carbon and DI filters for longer service life between changes. This system does not compromise performance for price.

Tap Water Pressure Performance

The ProTool cart offers great flow, bucket tested for Flow Offering flow of :

1.3 GPM at 60PSI Tap Water Pressure

This allows use without a pump for a single operator.

Use a pump to produce more water:

1.5 GPM at 70 PSI
2.0 gpm at 95PSI
3.0 gpm at 130 PSI
(with good water temperatures above 70F)

Long Filter Life

The Filters are long lasting, non-proprietary and very easy to change. Change the Carbon/Sediment filter at the beginning of every season, February and if used every day again in August.

The ProTool RODI Cart comes equipped with best in-class filters. The DI and Carbon filter are larger than any other comparable cart.

The 4" x 20" filters are 9 TIMES larger than the standard 2" x 10" Offering FEWER Filter changes.

This means less down time and more time cleaning.

The 2 Stage Carbon Filter should be changed every year unless used every working day, then every 6 months.

The RO Membrane, regularily flushed, will last 4 to 6 years

NOTE:

The RO membranes may fail in the field if the carbon filter is not maintained.

Regular maintenance of the Carbon Filter is very important for RO service life, which is why this kit offers a larger 20" Carbon Filter. Replace this every 6 months.

RO membranes must be stored above 34 degrees F to avoid damaging the filter.
